Q: What types of payments do you accept? Do you accept Paypal payments?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal account payments, electronic checks, and several other payment methods using paypal.com.

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

Please note: If a payment method has been used that causes Paypal to not clear funds immediately (such as an electronic check), your download will not be cleared until Paypal notifies us that your payment has cleared.

Q: How do I get my items after purchase?

A: Simple. More than likely within 5 minutes of completing your purchase, you will receive an automated confirmation email from sales@CalculationCrunchers.com (please add this email address to your 'trusted' email addresses so the message doesn't end up in your spam folder). In that email, there will be a download link along with your secure username & password for logging in to our download site.

Proceed to the download site, enter your username & password and download your purchased programs. For future purchases, you will not need to wait for the confirmation email, because your original username & password will remain active.

Q: How long do I have to download my purchases?

A: Your purchased files will remain available for download for a maximum of 14 days or 3 downloads, whichever comes first. If more time is needed, please contact us.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: Absolutely. If within 30 days of purchase, one of our products fails to perform properly on your computer, please let us know right away. If the computer being used complies with the program's minimum computer requirements, and out tech support team is unable to provide a solution, the purchaser will be entitled to a full refund.

Q: Do you offer technical support on your products?

A: For products purchased we offer technical support to the purchaser via email Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST excluding normal U.S. holidays (live chat support is planned to be offered in the future). Tech support reply emails are guaranteed within 1 business day, but typically take less than 2 hours. This support includes assistance with product installation and product use.

A: Each purchased copy of a program may be installed on up to:

• 2 desktop computers located in the purchaser's home residence
• 1 laptop/notebook computer belonging to, and used primarily by the purchaser
• 1 computer located at the purchaser's place of employment (as long as that place of employment has a different physical address than the purchaser's home address)(program to be removed by purchaser upon termination of employment with employer)

Beyond this, additional licensed copies must be purchased.
